Fitness & Faith Classes – Deep Stretching

This class offers deep stretching, moderately challenging cardiovascular activity, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. You will improve your flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, and your overall physical and mental health. Classes are Mondays at 6:30 PM. Bring a yoga mat, block and yoga belt if you have them. If not, come as you are.
