Health, Wellness and Faith Ministry

Mission: To empower people to improve their physical, emotional and mental health. Through consistent physical and mental activity, you will manifest improved health, greater discipline, balance, strength, muscle tone and flexibility.

Deacon Earle Phillips is excited to be back and is ready to lead exercise classes again! Come and have fun stretching and relaxing.

Classes are scheduled as follows:

Mondays – “Deep Stretching, Cardiosvacular and Meditation”, 6:30 – 8:00 pm, CFF (weekly classes begin on October 7th); bring exercise mat, block and scrap)

Saturdays (3rd & 4th) – “Sit & Gentle Stretch”, 11:00 – noon, CFF (classes are on October 19 & 26); bring exercise mat
