The Deep Stretching, Cardiovascular, Breath work, & Meditation classes are on each Monday at 6:30 – 8:00 PM. This class offers deep stretching, moderately challenging cardiovascular activity, breath work, meditation with deep relaxation. You will improve your flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, and your overall physical and mental health.

Bring a yoga mat, block and yoga belt if you have them. If not, let the instructor, Deacon Earle Phillips, know before class.
