Moving Forward Together as One Fellowship

Ephesians 2:14 – “For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation…”
One Fellowship is an intentional season of coming together, creating space for our entire church family to learn, reflect, and grow in God’s Word as one body. While our traditional Sunday School classes take a temporary pause, this shared experience offers our faithful servant leaders an opportunity for rest and renewal while inviting all of us to experience the richness that comes from studying alongside members we may not regularly encounter. Across generations, experiences, and perspectives, we have an opportunity to listen to one another, learn from one another, and deepen our relationships with God and with each other. This season is not about losing what we value, but expanding it, embracing a different way to grow, connect, and be spiritually renewed together as One Fellowship.

Sunday Worship

One Fellowship Worship — One Church. One Family. One Worship.
Beginning the first Sunday in September, our church family will come together for one unified worship service at 10:00 a.m. As part of the One Fellowship experience, this shared time of worship brings together those who have traditionally gathered at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m., creating an opportunity for our entire Fellowship family to worship side by side.
There is something powerful about the people of God gathering as one body—lifting our voices in praise, joining our hearts in prayer, receiving the Word together, and experiencing the joy of fellowship across generations. Our 10:00 a.m. worship experience gives us an opportunity to see, hear, and celebrate the fullness of who we are as a church family.

Sunday School

I Hunger — One Fellowship 8:00 a.m. Session
I Hunger is our collective morning Sunday School experience and an expression of the One Fellowship model, bringing our church family together to grow in faith, deepen our understanding of God’s Word, and strengthen our connection with one another. During this morning session, we gather across generations for shared learning, meaningful conversation, and spiritual reflection centered on a common biblical focus. I Hunger creates space for the entire Fellowship family to be spiritually nourished together, building a stronger foundation of faith that extends beyond Sunday morning and into our homes, relationships, and daily lives.
I Thirst — One Fellowship 12:00 p.m. Session
I Thirst is our afternoon opportunity to go deeper, building upon the Word shared during Sunday morning worship. As part of the One Fellowship model, this session invites our church family to revisit the day’s sermon through thoughtful discussion, reflection, and deeper exploration of its biblical truths. I Thirst creates space to ask questions, share insights, and consider how the message speaks to our individual and collective lives. Together, we move beyond simply hearing the Word to understanding it more fully and discovering how we can live it out in our homes, our church, and our community.

Midweek Manna — Word & Prayer

Midweek Manna offers opportunities to be spiritually refreshed, strengthened, and connected throughout the week. Each Wednesday at 12:00 p.m., Noon Day Bible Study invites us to pause in the midst of our week and gather around God’s Word for study, reflection, and encouragement.
Then, at 6:30 p.m., we enter The Prayer Room—a sacred space to come together as One Fellowship in prayer. Here, we bring our praises, our burdens, our gratitude, and our petitions before God, while also standing in prayer for one another, our church, and our community. On the first Wednesday of each month, the Prayer Room is in-person, in the sanctuary. All other Wednesdays we meet in a virtual Prayer Room via Zoom. Watch for the Zoom link in the weekly email announcements.
Together, these Wednesday gatherings remind us that our need for spiritual nourishment doesn’t end on Sunday. Through the Word and prayer, Midweek Manna provides another opportunity to be fed, refreshed, and strengthened for the journey ahead.

One Fellowship

One Fellowship. One Faith. Growing Together.
From I Hunger to I Thirst, from Midweek Manna to The Prayer Room, each gathering reflects our shared desire to seek God, be nourished by His Word, and draw closer to Him and to one another. Together, we hunger for truth, thirst for deeper understanding, receive the manna that sustains us, and seek God through prayer. This is the heart of One Fellowship—one church family, growing in faith, strengthened in community, and continually seeking God together.

September
Monthly Theme: Healthy People – Luke 5:15-16
Teaching Focus: Prayers in the Life of Jesus
Concept: Jesus is the most spiritually aware and emotionally mature being to ever walk the earth. That’s in large part due to the fact that in every season of life we see Him in constant communion with God. We achieve healthy spirituality when we follow his example by positioning our entire lives in a posture of persistent prayer. We’ll do that this month through a study of the prayers Jesus raises throughout the Gospel according to Luke
I Hunger (8 a.m. class): The Gospel According to Luke: Origins, Audience, and Aim – Dr. Keith Brooks, Facilitator
I Thirst (12 p.m. class): Praying Like Your Life Depends On It.
Midweek Manna (Wednesday 12 p.m.): Bible Study
Midweek Manna (Wednesday 6 p.m.): Prayer Meeting
October
Monthly Theme: Happy Families – Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Teaching Focus: Exodus – Families Finding a Way to Function Under Pressure

Concept: The Bible highlights family dysfunction much more often than it portrays pictures of healthy families. But even in the dysfunctional narratives, the Holy Spirit reveals messages that can empower us in our relationships with one another. Through this month we seek to go beneath the surface of the dysfunction exposing the systemic pressures that wreak havoc on family well being. By getting to the root of the problem we can imagine healthier ways of relating to, understanding, and empowering one another. We believe this teaching will allow us to truly experience happy holidays, even as we spend them with our unique families.

I Hunger (8 a.m. class): A Study in Exodus: Economics, Enslavement & Liberation – Rev. Ravyn Miller, Facilitator
I Thirst (12 p.m. class): The Sacred Art of Patience, Forgiveness & Moving Forward.

Midweek Manna (Wednesday 6 p.m.): Prayer Meeting
November
Monthly Theme: Holy Ground – Exodus 3:12
Teaching Focus: As It Is In Heaven

Concept: We were created to worship. Believers should always hold a desire to grow deeper in our worship as we draw into a more intimate relationship with God. Knowing that worship will be our sole activity in heaven also compels us to learn more about the Revelation of John and his depictions of heavenly worship. Through this series we will walk through the book of Revelation together, demystifying this marvelous text while also illuminating our own spiritual practices so that the worship done in Fellowship may be just as marvelous as the worship we await in heaven.

I Hunger (8 a.m. class): A Fear Free Approach to Revelation
I Thirst (12 p.m. class): Transforming Our Worship With the End in Mind
Midweek Manna (Wednesday 12 p.m.): Bible Study
Midweek Manna (Wednesday 6 p.m.): Prayer Meeting
December
Monthly Theme: Glory to His Name – Luke 2:13-14
Teaching Focus: Why Hymns Still Matter

Concept: The story of our Savior’s birth is best taught through song. We’ll break down the significance of various Christological ideas presented in hymns. This will anchor us in a more robust knowledge of the Christmas story while simultaneously preparing the church to reintroduce hymns into our liturgy in 2027.

I Hunger (8 a.m. class): The Story of Christmas: The Purpose & Destiny of Christ
I Thirst (12 p.m. class): The Theology of Hymns
