Anton Vincent
Anton Vincent is the President of Mars Wrigley North America, the world’s largest confectionery company with global brands including M&M’S®, SNICKERS®, SKITTLES®, STARBURST®, ORBIT®, and ALTOIDS®. Anton leads a team of over 7,000 North American Associates, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, operational excellence, and delighting consumers with the beloved Mars Wrigley portfolio.
In this role, Anton oversees a cross-functional leadership team, and leads the organization in category growth, enterprise value creation, and social good.
Previously, Anton Vincent was the CEO at Greencore USA, a fresh convenience food supplier. At Greencore, Anton championed a revision of the US growth strategy and led up to 6,000 employees.
Prior to his role at Greencore, Anton spent 15 years at General Mills. Anton oversaw the Snacks, Frozen Frontier and Baking Divisions as President, and became a founding member of General Mills’ renowned Black Champions Network (BCN).
Anton sits on the Dean’s Council of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He previously acted as the Vice Chairman of the Board for the Milestone Growth Fund Inc. and the Mill City Credit Union.
Anton holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
