In partnership with Volunteers of America, FMBC is hosting a health fair for older adults and caregivers. Stop by for confidential memory screens, blood pressure check, Glucose & cholesterol checks, dementia and health education, seated exercise, and continental breakfast. There will also be raffles and give-aways.
