Loading Events

Our next “Sit & Gentle Stretch” class is Saturday, December 15, at 10:30 AM. The majority of the poses in this class are done sitting in a chair. A few poses are done standing. Although this class is designed for Seniors and people with limited mobility,  it offers many health benefits for anyone seeking to improve their flexibility, strength, physical and mental health, and overall well-being. These classes are held every 3rd and 4th Saturday morning of the month at 10:30 AM.
