My Faith Journey

I grew up in the church and joined when I was  14 years old. I attended Sunday school, ushered, and sang in the choir. It wasn’t until I was in my mid-thirties that I diligently began to study God’s word and began to apply what I learned to how I lived my life. Since that time, I have continued to study independently, attend bible study groups and Sunday school, go to church regularly, and serve wherever I am needed. Over the years my faith has grown and as well as my personal relationship with Christ. My desire is to be more Christlike in all that I do.

Family

I am a widow with a married son and daughter, and two grandchildren ages 9 and 13.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding; acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will make straight your paths.

Hobbies

I enjoy photography, reading, traveling, arts and crafts, and collecting black dolls and paperweights.
