Leads the church’s effort in hiring, salaries, personnel policy, job descriptions, pastor’s employment agreement, independent contractor agreements and other employment matters that arise with persons who receive compensation from FMBC. Responsibilities include: Insurance for FMBC/CFF staff if applicable. FMBC/CFF job descriptions. Develop all employee’s Performance Review process Performance management of FMBC/CFF Staff Responsible for providing monthly written report to Trustee Board.
Human Resources meets once per quarter and as needed, if circumstances require it.
