Reimagine Sunday School

Thank you for your interest in the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church Sunday School Ministry. We welcome you to become an active member of one of the organized adult classes listed below.

There are no children and youth Sunday School classes, as the church trains our children and youth in Christian education during the Sunday worship service hour.  For information on the Children and Youth Ministry, contact the church office at 612-588-4709.

 Adult Sunday School Classes

(all classes meet on Sunday)

Ambassadors for Christ is geared toward adults who desire to learn how to apply the Scriptures and teachings from the lesson to everyday life situations, as well as the accompanying joys, challenges, and trials. This is a telephone conference class that meets at 8:00am.

Ezra’s Flock takes a verse-by-verse or passage-by-passage exposition of the Scriptures.  Strong emphasis is placed on the biblical, historical, and cultural setting of the lesson passage being studied.  The class meets in Room 2 in the Center for Families at 8:30am.

Men’s Class, aka “The Barber Shop” is composed solely of men who desire to study from the Christian male perspective.  As men discuss the Word of God with fellow brothers, life applications are applied. This class is presented in a participative and generalized format. The class meets in Room 15 in the Center for families at 8:30am.

Wisdom Seekers is an intermediate study designed for adults who have a basic knowledge of God’s Word who desire a deeper relationship with the Lord.  This is a telephone conference class that meets at 8:00am.

The Zoom Class use a variety of teachers and teaching styles to teach the lesson.  The purposes of this class are to help learners choose a class that fits their learning preference, and to accommodate those who cannot attend an in-person class. The class meets at 8:00am via zoom. The zoom link is in the weekly church announcements.
